伦敦大学玛丽皇后学院现正就《2020年国际仲裁调查》收集意见
Queen Mary University of London, in partnership with White & Case LLP, has launched the 2020 International Arbitration Survey on “Adapting Arbitration to a Changing World” (“Survey”). The Survey will focus on the adaptability of international arbitration in a changing world. It seeks to explore how international arbitration has adapted, and may continue to adapt further, in accordance with the interests and needs of the arbitration community.
With the aim to research the outlook of the international arbitration community as a whole, the Survey welcomes all stakeholders to share their perspectives of international arbitration, including private practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators, academics or those working for an arbitral institution.
The Department of Justice now invites members of the arbitration community to complete the Survey for soliciting more representative responses from Hong Kong. The Survey is available at https://survey.opinio.net/s?s=24637. For details of the Survey, please refer to http://www.arbitration.qmul.ac.uk/research/2020-international-arbitration-survey/.
The closing date for responses is 11 December 2020 (Friday).
